For months I had been fangirling over Gina and her pod; originally named A Series of Unfortunate Dates, now Dating With Gina. Having several friends who know Gina personally, they'd always say, you need to meet her, Erin. You'll be fast friends.

I had secured an interview with a Dating Coach who will remain nameless. She confirmed twice via email. Then she flaked. Feeling completely deflated and up against the clock to get an episode out, I reached out to Gina on a whim. She called me immediately and said, “I called for my car. I will be there in 30 minutes.” I've never had someone show up in such a big way for me when I needed it. From there, a friendship was born.
