You may recognize Kristy from Fox's Labor of Love and ABC's The Bachelor. Introduced by a mutual friend, Kristy has quickly become one of my closest friends and supporters. She came on You're Such a Catch and shared about her re-branded podcast as she pursues this reclamation journey, claiming self-worth. She asked me to be a guest on her show to discuss my new season about claiming. She asked me to describe some moments from my life in which the shoulds took over, and wanted me to talk about how I'm rewriting the script.
